And Awa-a-ay We Go!

Just when you thought summer was over, just when you thought it was safe to get out those fuzzy sweaters, just when you were sure you wouldn't have to hear another word about her flip flop collection.......she's baaaaa-ack! Did you really think I'd let go of summer that willingly? Nope! Not me! Sure, I went out picked up some fall decorations that I started a few projects with the other day, but after over 2 years of Jim's weird medical stuff and now dealing with my back and hip issues since June and not even being able to enjoy summer, I'm drugged, packed and headed to the beach! OK, editor's note here: the "drugged" means I got double spinal injections on Tuesday to ward off the pain in my hip and leg, am taking my back brace, the electric shock message belt and, if all else fails because I don't like taking such things, my pain meds. I'll also have a scooter or wheel chair in case I can't walk the usual 3-mile boardwalk walk. I shall not be denied!

I mainly decided to post on my way out the door to let everybody know that I will still be around and if anybody is down in that area, Ocean City, Maryland and wants to get together or has information on good thrift stores, flea markets or the like, please drop me a comment here. I've done some searching online so far, but any inside information would be appreciated.
